Refund and transfer requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the class start date and are subject to a $25 processing fee per person. Any cancellations or transfer requests made the same week (5 days prior) to the start of the class are NOT eligible for a refund or transfer. A voucher can be requested in its place.

Day Tours may be canceled up to 10 days prior to departure, minus a $25 processing fee. A refund will only be issued if your space can be resold. You may send a substitute in place. Non-receipt of confirmation does not warrant a refund for any event.
